Acoustic Piano Delivery Information

The price for this piano includes ground floor delivery to any address in Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire. Delivery charges may apply to addresses outside of this, although in some cases this may also be Free. To find out if your address qualifies for Free delivery just call 01932 866577 with your postcode and the piano that you are enquiring about.

Once you purchase the piano we will agree a mutually convenient day for delivery.  The afternoon before the agreed delivery date we will call you with a 2-hour estimated delivery window (subject to no traffic or uncontrollable issues).  We can also call on the day when we are on the way if required.

We carry out our own deliveries with our own van and specialist delivery team.  If you live further than our standard area we may use a 3rd party specialist piano mover to carry out the delivery.  Please note, if we do not carry out the delivery ourselves we only use a Specialist Piano Removal company who are trained specialists in piano removals.
