For some people buying a piano is not an option but hiring is.
Our Hire Scheme is a good way to test whether the piano you have chosen is right for you or even whether it is something you would like at all.
It is particularly a good idea for parents with children just started learning to play the piano, who don’t know whether it will be a long-term interest or just a phase.
It gives you the option to hire a piano for 6 months to see whether you or your children are interested without the burden of having to buy a piano outright.

Piano Rental – Purchase Option
- If you decide to keep the piano after 6 months, then 85% of your rental charge (less delivery) will be refunded against the purchase price of the instrument. You also have the option to upgrade if you are not happy with the current piano and want to upgrade; your rental charge can be offset against a better piano.
- If you decide to renew the hire agreement between 6 to 12 months, then 50% of your rental charge (less delivery) will be refunded against the purchase.
- If you decide to renew the hire agreement between 12 to 18 months, then 30% of your rental charge (less delivery) will be refunded against the purchase.
- Any hire in excess of 18 months does not qualify for any additional rebate.
Alternatively, you may decide that the piano is not for you or your children, in which case we will collect the piano at the end of the agreed rental period at no extra cost and you wont have bought a piano that wont be used!

Hiring a piano is easy!
Choose your piano & stool
- Multiply the total by 20% and divide by 6 months
- Add £125 Delivery*
- Example: £1500
£1500 x 20% = £50 per month
- £300.00 + 125 = £425.00
£300-00 for 6 months split into 6 monthly payments by direct debit**
**The first payment is made upfront along with the delivery charge.
Plus if you decide to buy after 6 months, we will refund 85% of your hire charge!
- *Delivery is quoted for local (within 20 miles) ground floor delivery. Grand piano delivery charge is £195.
- *Additional cost for stair work starting from £50 per flight for upright pianos and £125 per flight for grand pianos.
Please note that Silent & Anytime pianos are rented at 30% over 6 months like our digital pianos.
